Essentia Health Promotes Safe and Active Commuting for Students in Duluth

Essentia Health colleagues joined students and families at Piedmont Elementary School to celebrate International Walk to School Day, rewarding safe walking and biking to school.

The event encouraged healthy habits, safety, and community connection - helping students start their day active, focused, and ready to learn.

Essentia Health Sponsors Lakes Area United Way Wild West Chili Cook-Off

Essentia Health was proud to serve as the Golden Pepper Sponsor for the Lakes Area United Way Annual Wild West Chili Cook-Off! A big thank-you to our amazing Nutrition Services team, whose chili earned a spot among the finalists.

This fun community event brought people together through friendly competition while raising funds to support health, education, and financial stability across the region.

Each spring and fall, Essentia Health–Brainerd Lakes colleagues demonstrate their commitment to community stewardship by cleaning up a section of Highway 371 south of Brainerd. Kudos to these colleagues for generously giving their time and effort!
