How Does E-Visit Work?
Having an Essentia E-Visit is easy. All you have to do is fill out a short questionnaire, which usually takes about 5 minutes. Your answers will be reviewed by an Essentia provider who will make a diagnosis and create a personalized care plan just for you. You’ll also be given a phone number to call if you have any questions or concerns about your care plan.
The whole process usually takes 2 hours or less, and if for some reason, your condition cannot be treated online, your provider may recommend that you seek in-person care with your primary care provider or same-day care, such as urgent care.
