How We Use Your Feedback

We value your insight. Feedback received by the Patient Relations Department is used to improve the quality of care we deliver and enhance patient experience. Feedback is reviewed and shared with the appropriate leaders. While some concerns are addressed on an individual basis, the feedback you share can also be used to guide decision-making, shape policies, improve communication, and help refine processes across the organization.
